DIstance Learning Tips
1. Make yourself a daily schedule for Monday-Friday. Try to mimic the school day if you can. Set aside 30-40 min blocks to complete work for each subject. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your teachers if you have any questions about the work.
2. It is also helpful to make a checklist of assignments to complete for the day for each subject. This way you can cross them off as you complete them.
3. Don't forget to take breaks in between! Just like the 5 minute passing time is a break during the day - set aside 5-10 minutes between subject areas so that you can refocus. Some students find that setting timers for work and breaks can be helpful.
4. Don't forget to go outside and get fresh air or do something fun! Take a walk or listen to music to relax. Do something that you enjoy!
